Florida humidity is hard on ductless units. Dust and mildew build up on the filters, coil and blower, and the unit starts to smell, drip or lose airflow. A cleaning brings it back.
This is a cleaning service only. We don’t repair, recharge or install HVAC equipment.

- Filters, covers and the visible coil surface cleaned, and the unit checked for drips and odor afterward.
- Deep clean
- A more thorough clean of the coil and blower wheel with a drain bag to catch the runoff, for units with mildew or odor.

In Southwest Florida, many homeowners have their units cleaned about once a year, or sooner if they notice a smell or reduced airflow.
Do you repair mini-splits?
No. We clean units only. For repairs or refrigerant work, call an HVAC company.
