Home watch and seasonal care
For winter residents and owners who spend part of the year somewhere else. We keep an eye on the house while you’re away, get it ready before you arrive, close it up when you leave, and clean before and after.
Plenty of our neighbors spend the winter here and the summer somewhere else. Whether you’re back up north, visiting family or traveling, a house that sits empty in Southwest Florida needs someone to look in on it: summer storms, humidity and small leaks are easier to deal with when they’re caught early. We check the home inside and out while you’re away, including after storms, and send you photos so you can see how things are.
Before you come back we get the house ready, and when you leave we close it up. Cleaning is done by our own family, not a crew we’ve never met. And if a check turns up something that needs fixing, we can usually take care of it ourselves.

Questions about home watch and seasonal care
How often do you check the house?
We agree on a schedule with you that suits the house and how long you’re away, and we also look in after storms.
Do you send updates?
Yes. You get photos after the checks, so you can see the house is in order.
We’re only here for the winter season. Can you look after the house year-round?
Yes. Many of our clients are seasonal residents. We look after the house through the summer and hurricane season, then have it opened up, cleaned and ready for when you fly back in.
Can you put up our storm shutters while we’re away?
Yes. If you have existing shutter panels, we can put them up before a storm or when you close the house for the summer, and take them down before you return.
What happens if you find a problem?
We call or text you right away. Many fixes we can handle ourselves; for anything outside our work we’ll help you get the right company out.
