Oleh has spent 25 years finishing penthouses and estate homes. Waterfront condos and estate homes with stone, millwork and custom tile are the work he knows best.
Careful in occupied homes
Most owners stay in their homes while we work. Floors are protected, the work area is closed off, and the house is tidied before we leave each day.
Association rules and gate access
Condo and homeowner associations have their own rules for work hours, contractor access, deliveries and insurance paperwork. We plan around them and can send our certificate of insurance to your association before we start.
Part-year residents
Many Gulf Harbour owners split the year between here and another home. We can schedule the work while you’re away, send photo updates, and keep an eye on the house until you’re back.
